Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on therapy that helps to calm and reset our nervous system. It is a treatment technique that directly addresses our central nervous system through the membranes that surround our brain and spinal cord, and since everything is controlled by our CNS, it can help pain, stress, anxiety, and a lot more. The client remains fully dressed and reclines on a warm table under a blanket while the practitioner uses light touch to reduce sympathetic nervous system activity, creating the space for the body to self-correct and rebalance.
Reiki and Pranic Healing are holistic healing practices that are gentle and non-invasive, directing universal life force energy (prana/chi) to the recipient to balance and harmonize the body and mind, heart and soul. Imagine a warm, comforting light flowing through your body, calming your stress, easing your pain, uplifting your mood, improving sleep and relaxation, and creating a sense of feeling safe and at ease in your body. It's like a soothing balm for your entire being!
Light Work is a grouping of my subspecialities in esoteric, shamanic healing concepts such as yoga nidra, visualization, toning, and utilization of sacred sounds and mantras; incorporating knowledge from around the world and different traditions to create a sacred healing session for your total renewal on all levels of being.

Hi Prince George!!! I am now accepting new clients by referral to my home based practice for hands on healing sessions. It would be an honour to thoughtfully create a healing session just for YOU. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and direct experience, cultivated over 30+ years of personal Yoga practice and with the humbling belief that we teach that which we most need to learn ourselves. This is why each session with me is curated from a variety of disciplines, as over my time as a holistic healing artist I have developed both a solid foundational knowledge and a heightened and intuitive eye for assessment; in addition, seeking to ever expand my capacity to both heal myself and help others do the same by continuing to study, travel, and work abroad to enrich my practice.
